Our CCTV drain surveys in Petts Wood and the local area are available for both domestic and main-line drainage systems. By using CCTV drainage equipment, our local Petts Wood drainage engineers are able to diagnose a wide array of faults and damage to the pipe work, including root damage, overall drain integrity and sewage flow analysis.
Drain jetting is strongly recommended before a survey is carried out for blocked drains. This will solve most stubborn blockages. A CCTV drain survey would then be carried out if the high pressure jetting does not alleviate the problem.
Customer Name: John R. Davis. I wish to thank two of your staff for the very professional manner in which they dealt with the emergency call-out to my property. Firstly the lady who took my initial telephone call, whose name I believe was Kerry. She listened carefully to my problem and then proceeded to offer a solution giving detailed information on how to solve it. She was polite, courteous and extremely knowledgeable.
Secondly to the engineer, Tim Friedenheim, who arrived at the agreed time and immediately got on with the job. He to was extremely polite, courteous and fully understood what needed to be done to resolve the problem.
I have been involved with the training of customer service to both domestic and international companies within the United Kingdom and the USA and it always stands out when excellence is achieved in this field.
